Patient Notes Icon

The Patient Notes icon on the Transaction screen will bring you to that patient’s Notes cabinet.  The drop-down menu next to the Notes icon contains the following options:

• View Notes
  • This opens the patient’s Notes cabinet.
• Enter Notes
  • This allows you to enter a new note for this patient.
• View Clinical Chart
  • This opens this patient’s Clinical Chart, a different way to view just Clinical-type notes (including EMR).
